A second Claude call reviews outbound drafts for privacy leaks before you see the approval card. Adds ~500ms to draft generation.

Deterministic egress scanning is the primary privacy control (D10 layers 1-5). The LLM advisory check is an optional defense-in-depth layer, off by default per D10.6.
